LAWRENCE CLARK
Co-Founder & President
In 1988, Lawrence founded Technology Credit Corporation with James Hartigan. Lawrence has developed a keen sense of how to structure and document financial transactions. During his 30-years of equipment financing experience, he serves on the credit committee responsible for all credit and investment decisions. He has held management positions at IBM Credit and ROLM Credit Corporation. Lawrence has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and the University of California Berkeley, Graduate School of Business.
JAMES HARTIGAN
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
From inception until the mid-2000s, James was largely responsible for the day-to-day operations of Technology Credit Corporation. He serves on the credit committee and is a key influencer in shaping credit policy. Prior to co-founding Technology Credit Corporation, James served as National Sales Manager with ROLM Credit Corporation (acquired by IBM). Before ROLM, he held management positions with General Electric and Nabisco Foods. James is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a Masters in Finance from DePaul University.
DANIEL AMBROGIO
Director of Operations
Daniel’s team is responsible for documenting all transactions and relationships. He leads all contract negotiations and is personally responsible for Technology Credit’s document package being the leanest and most customer friendly in the commercial solar space. Daniel joined us in 1999 while still a college student. He first severed as a remarketing analyst and later as a credit analyst. He was instrumental in developing our solar business and has been a key contributor from the beginning of our solar experience. Daniel is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
WEI HO
Controller
Wei joined Technology Credit in 1998 and for almost two decades has run our back office. He is responsible for all things “corporate”: cash management, accounting, taxation, facilities and human resources. When there is a temporary hole in any part of our team, it is Wei who steps in to fill the gap. He is the glue that holds us together and a vital reason we are a lean organization.
SETH COOPER
Director of Asset Management
Seth is a veteran solar installation and operations professional, with 19 years of solar and electrical experience. He is responsible for managing our fleet of hundreds of solar projects under Power Purchase Agreements across Hawaii, California, the Southwest and the Northeast. Before joining Technology Credit Corporation, Seth served as the Director of Field Services and contractor’s license qualifier for Radian Generation, a leading solar asset management and field services provider. His expertise covers construction project management, process implementation, safety management, commercial and residential electrical construction, design, and operations. Seth previously worked for solar contracting and asset management companies including HelioPower, SolarCraft, MC Solar and Akeena.
